I’m Desireé (BSc Psych, PDip Business, Dip Clinical Hypnotherapy), mum of two children, wife to a busy husband, a qualified Hypnotherapist and Professional Member of Hypnosis New Zealand. I aspire to use my knowledge and experience to prepare and empower as many families as I can to have gentle calm births.

Together over three hours, spread across one or two sessions, either one-on-one or in a group setting (prices vary accordingly) I will explain –

the foundations of calm birthing,
how the female body is designed to give birth,
exactly how stress negatively effects birth,
why and how to relax, and the importance of breathing,
and how to build confidence in your natural birthing ability.

I will also provide you with a hypnotherapy-based calm birthing toolkit to continue your journey at home. Like anything the more you put in – the more you will get out. So I will continue to support you as much, or as little, as you require in the months leading up to your birth.
